The maximum capacity of the space may vary below due to seating requirements, catering needs and audio/visual needs. The 7500 square foot event space can comfortably accommodate the following number of guests:

Rental Fees are based on a four-hour event with two hours of support time. Additional access time is available at $600 per hour. All events must end at 10:00 p.m. and be fully cleaned and off premises at 11:00 p.m.
A ceremony fee of $500 gives an extra hour of event time, a one- hour rehearsal the day before, bridal room and grooms area.

The rental fee includes security for 150 guests. If attendance is to exceed 150 guests, one additional officer is required for every 150 guests at a rate of $215
Washington Estates will not handle any alcohol beverage services for your guests. Only licensed bartenders are allowed to serve beverages on premise.

Deposits and Payments Policies
The rental fee is due with the return of the signed rental agreement. The date of the event is not reserved until this payment and the signed rental agreement are received. The rental fee is non-refundable
A refundable damage deposit of $1500 is due 30 days prior to the event. This payment will be used against any damage, excessive cleaning or staff overtime caused by the client, guests or vendors. The refundable damage fee for the red cellar and foyer is $450.
Your rental deposit is non-refundable. However, if your event is cancelled and the date is re-booked, your deposit will then be refunded less a $250 service charge.
A deposit of one half of the base rental fee is required with a signed Rental and Deposit Agreement. The final contract will be sent out 2 months prior to the event. Full payment plus the refundable security deposit must be submitted with the final contract to Washington Estate 30 days prior to the event.
